The Chatter

Last year I was all excited when I found some nice, button-up, short sleeve shirts for my boys for only $3 each.  That was less than what I usually spent on T shirts and they were going to look so good going back to school. 

 What I didn’t think of was the ironing I was going to have to do.  After that first week of school I did the laundry and ended up with 10 kids shirts plus my husband’s work clothes that needed ironed.  I had doubled my dreaded ironing duties for the year.

 This year I stuck to buying T shirts and polo style shirts.  I keep kids hangers in the laundry room so I can hang the shirts as soon as they come out of the dryer.  They’ll still look nice and I won’t be a slave to ironing this year. 

Now if only my husbands company would go to casual wear……
