Love handles – Who wants those? I know I don’t! So in my ongoing effort to improve my boring workouts I have found another fun exercise to do with my exercise ball. This time the focus is on getting rid of those pesky love handles. This exercise is fairly simple and easy to do in the comfort of your home. You just need an exercise ball and a wall. Sounds simple. There is one move you do for both sides of your body and because you are balancing between the ball and the wall there shouldn’t be any worries of rolling off the ball either!
