I am super excited (as usual). Mike and I went to GNC the other day to pick up some weight gain protein – him not me I could only hope I would ever need that – and they had exercise balls on sale. I have been wanting one for a long time but after the last one I bought in college leaked air nonstop I just didn’t want to pay another $30 for a dud. So for $15 and a video I figured might as well breakdown and pick one up. I ended up with a nice Reebok brand that has some sand in it so as to keep it from rolling away on me when I try out some of the moves I find in my magazines and online. I did a quick search last night for exercises I could use with my new exercise ball and I found some really neat videos I want to share. In order not to kill load time or server space I’ll just post them as a mini-series with this being #1 in the series.
In this first video you will need an exercise ball and a weight (or canned good/bag of rice). I am going to begin without using a weight so I can get the movements down correctly and then add the weight on next week. It’s 3 simple movements – center, left, and right.
