BzzAgent recent gave me the chance to try the Schick Hydro Silk for Women Razor for free.  This a refillable razor with 5 blades (the advertising copy calls them “Curve-Sensing^.™“  I’ve long found pushing curve skills with women’s razors dumb-which is curvier, you legs or face?) and the Water-Activated Moisturizing Serum strip which supposedly keeps your legs hydrated and prevents irritation.  I tried shaving with it and my go-to shave cream, EOS Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream.  It did a decent job shaving, but only about the same as my Gillette Venus Spa Breeze Womens Razor , and while the serum may have kept my underarms from being irritated, it made the razor almost too slippery as it glided along.
That said, it got the job done, an you can find it at your local drugstore.

As a longtime vegetarian, I was thrilled when BzzAgent gave me the chance to check out Morningstar farms products.  I’ve been a longtime fan of their products.  I love their bacon, mini corn dogs, and buffalo wings.  I tried their black bean burgers, and wasn’t that impressed-they were too soft.

As you know, I’m a Bzzagent.  Through BzzAgent, I recently had a chance to try the COVERGIRL BlastFlipstick  for free.  As those of you who’ve read my previous Covergirl via BzzAgent reviews know, I love drugstore makeup but am not a fan of Covergirl’s animal testing or many of their products .  However, my curosity got the best of me, and I joined the campaign.

I received three of the double-ended colors: Vixen (Burgundy and pearl pink shades), Perky (Bright pink and light pink shades), and Minx (Deep brown and gold shades). I usually use either a pink, nude, or deep pink lip, so these shades were not my cup of tea. I tried Vixen first (we were going out and I’d planned on doing a dramatic lip). One thing that immediately stood out to me was that the dark side was shimmery (not creamy), as a result, the highlight was not as obvious. Also it was really drying, wore poorly, and bled like crazy. I felt the same about the bright pink shade.  Brown lipstick is not for me (no matter how many times I tried it in the 1990′s), but I gave it to my mother to try.

My current drugstore lip love is REVLON Colorburst Lip Butter-sightly more than the Covergirl (and only one), but much better quality.  If you want to highligh your lips, either put a pop of highlighter or shimmery eyeshadow under or over (more dramatic) your lipstick on your lower lip’s center.

If you do want to try them, they are BOGO at CVS through December 1.

As you know, I’m a Bzzagent.  Through BzzAgent, I recently had a chance to try the Glade Expressions line.  Thanks to BzzAgent, I had a coupon to get the spray free (I picked up the Cotton and Italian Mandarin).  I also had a coupon for the Oil Diffuser.  However, neither my local CVS nor Walgreens had the diffuser.

The spray is nice-smelling, and it does a good job of covering up litter box odors.  However, I’m ot sure it’s that much longer lasting than any other room spray.

BzzAgent sent me some BOGO coupons for Unreal candy.  When I was in Market basket this week, they were $.69 each ($.40 less than CVS!) so I got the chocolate nougant caramel bar, and their chocolate candy covered bits (think Milky Way and M&M’s).

The bar was really disappointing.  The nougat was gritty, and the carmel was bland.  However, the pieces were tasty, and I would buy them againn

As you know, I’m a Bzzagent.  What you might not know is that I am a huge candy fiend, both chocolate and sugary.  When I got an invitation to participate in BzzAgent’s Unreal Candy Unjunked campaign, I jumped on it.  I had seen these candy bars at CVS*, but I did not want to try them unknown as I thought they were a little pricey (when I picked up the peanut butter cups at CVS today with my coupon via BzzAgent, they were on sale for $1.19).  My favorite candy ever is Reese’s Cups, so you can guess what I bought with my coupon.  Their Chocolate Peanut butters (Unreal #54) are made without hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, and GMO’s.  Although it has about half (21g vs 11g) of the sugar as Reese’s cups, I found it to be very tasty and hit all the right notes for a Reese’s Replacement).

If these guys were on sale again, I would get them, I kind of want to try their M&M dupe.

I’m a Bzzagent.  I was recently invited to try out Garnier Fructis’ Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner.  I really never used their conditioners before, I have used their styling products which are either awesome (Garnier Fructis Style Curl Shaping Spray Gel, Garnier Fructis Style Brilliantine Water-Based Shine Wax), or stink (soft curl cream, leave in). I have dry, coarse, wavy hair (type 2b)

I was really impressed with this conditioner.  To begin with, it smells good and has an user-friendly bottle.  It is really moisturizing-I know a lot of conditioners claim to be, but when I do a stretch test on my shed hairs, it behaves perfectly.  This makes sense, as the “triple nutrition” refers to the oils of olive, avocado and shea.  What Garnier calls “fruit science” is actually real-olive oil can pentrate to your hair shaft.

As you know, I’m a Bzzagent.  I recently received a chance to join their Hill’s^® Science Diet^® Ideal Balance^™ campaign for their cat food.  Now, as I unfortunately could not get my kitties to write this review, and I do not think that “Mew, mrrrr” counts as a BzzReport, I will do my best.

When it comes to cat food, my main goals are to get food which is corn-free (preferably grain-free), contains meat as the first ingredient (preferably human-grade), and fits my cats needs.  Until recently my kitties were fed kitten food, now that they are on big boy food, I try to get an indoor formula.

Hill’s is a brand I rarely buy because I feel that they use too much corn and are over-hyped (I am greatly amused by the fact that the Ideal Balance brags about being corn-free, yet they push corn protein elsewhere on their site).

It looks like cat food.  I did notice that it smelled closer to broccoli than most cat foods, which I attribute to the pea flour.  However, it was a huge hit with the cats.  Thing 1 literally ate all around his beloved wet food to get at it, and Thing 2 also enjoyed it.  Both literally licked their platters clean.

I will try other adult cat foods, but I would have to say that Hill’s^® Science Diet^® Ideal Balance^™ was a hit.

As you know, I’m a Bzzagent.  I recently joined a campaign for the Dr. Oetker pizza. I’d heard of it in ads, as it was a good deal with coupons at various stores.  One thing that impressed me even before I tried it was that when I checked out their website was that they:  had multiple vegetarian options, had listings of stores that carried them, AND the flavors they had.  I bought mine at Shaws’, it’s on sale for $3.99.
I was really impressed with this pizza. I got the Pizza Mozzarella version. It had mozzarella (and the sliced stuff, not the shredded stuff), and a decent pesto. I am not a fan of frozen bread products, and thusly about 1/2 the frozen pizza’s I’ve bought never get past the first bite. The crust was cripy, and it cooked easily in the oven.
I would buy this pizza again.
