Fundraising writing

So, I have taken over editing the newsletter for an organization where I used to volunteer.  It is more work than they told me it would be (is not everything?) as I end up having  to write some articles (or produce them…last quarter an article came to me on paper and four pages explaining what the organization (yes, the one sending out the newsletter) did.

However, at least i have managed to beg out of printing/posting drama.  Apparently, getting the newsletter printed is drama.  Then it goes to the small town post office that we mail it out of (after the postman complains about how it is secured and where the stamp is).  And then it goes out in the mail.  this time, it took over 1 week to go a mile.
