Boston-area Groupon: The ICA

by hedy on March 13, 2012

boston, jan 2011; ICAToday’s Boston Groupon is for the Institute of Contemporary Art – Boston (ICA).  For $15 you get admission for two, and for $25 you get admission for four.  From Groupon’s site:

Overlooking Boston Harbor, the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston’s stark glass façade houses a permanent collection of contemporary art as well as a rotating selection of shows, installations, and performances. Visitors meander through galleries lined with works of various media—permanent and temporary exhibits have included works by abstract painter Charlene von Heyl, an installation by the street artist Swoon, and Air, an exhibit that flows through the lungs of every museum-goer. Promoting dance, theater, and musical arts, the museum’s calendar of performances gives patrons a chance to kick back and relax as artworks unfold before their eyes. Various interactive programs, such as the family art-making workshop, keep members in tune with their own creative drives by encouraging artistic exploration.

The Groupon is good until May 20, but don’t forget that that’s not the end of its value.

Sunshine Rewards members now get 2% back on their Groupon purchases!
