When I started my (then-newish! Been there a year!) job, I was concerned about my 401K contribution, as I knew my employer would contribute a set amount, but not an amount I would know about until the end of the year. A few weeks ago I got the word-my earning were matched at 45%. I’ve been contributing 3% pre-tax, so that’s a decent chunk of change. Woohoo!

I’m horrible with these things, so does that mean that they matched .45 to every dollar you did?
