I just made my first purchase on Groupon.com…

So, I’m sure you’ve heard the buzz about Groupon.  If you haven’t, it’s atkin to the 50/50 offers offered by some radio stations-because Groupon buys in bulk, they can get discount gift certificates.  It’s very popular (and available in many Metro areas), in fact they were featured on Good Morning America this morning.  You should jump on deals quickly, they had a great gc last week, and I missed it.  Anyway, I got a $50 restaurant gift certificate to a nice restaurant on the waterfront (might be worth checking out even if you’re just in Boston for a conference) for only $20.  I’ll be sure to report back once it arrives.
