Penny For My Thoughts

In the deluge of catalogs we’ve gotten in the past few months, my mother found a remote control spider at Hammacher Schlemmer that she thought might make a nice gift for one of her grandsons.  I offered to check to see if they were having any sales for Cyber Monday (which is tomorrow, if you didn’t know).  I then popped the item as a search string into Amazon.com, where I found it for sale through the Discovery Channel Store.  By going directly to their site, I found it on sale for $18-$7 less than Hammacher Schlemmer.   So shop around this holiday season.

In other news, while I had a very happy Thanksgiving, I was not a fan of celebration roast-too unecessarily spiced for me.
