I have found it really depends a lot on your body type as to where the jacket looks best. The short denim jackets seem to just divide my torso and make my chest look bigger, as well as my waist, neither of which I'm really going for! :) I suggest heading out to the mall and trying jackets on in different lengths to discover which looks best on you! Everyone in our family gets them every year. The one year that we did not give them to everyone, we actually got complaints!
