Today I had the best Weight Watchers Snack ever. And I am not easy to please when it comes to snacks. Especially two point snacks and chocolate.
It started with a call from my best friend yesterday. She said that she had taken a Glenny’s 100 Calorie Brownie and heated it up in the microwave for 15 seconds. She raved about the results! I’m a big fan of the Glenny’s 100 Calorie Brownies because they have a great chocolate taste and high fiber content.
Today I decided to try for myself. But I had to pass the fridge on the way to the microwave. On a lark, I grabbed my low fat cool whip, which I use on everything sweet. I nuked my brownie for the suggested 15 seconds and applied a serving on the cool whip on top. WOW! Two points!! It was literally like a brownie sundae. A real brownie sundae for 2 points. And because of the fiber content, I felt a little full when I was done.
If you haven’t tried out the Glenny’s 100 Calorie Brownies, you definitely need to–whether you are on Weight Watchers or not. Total nutritional info for my sundae: 120 calories, 4g fat, 7g fiber.

See told ya! I’m so glad you got me started on these things. I love enjoying something guilt free that is super yummy and nearly forbidden on a diet! I will definitely have to add cool whip. I think I better check stock too–I’m gonna order two boxes this time.
