Whittle Your Middle

Watching the Today Show this morning, there was a segment on women trimming their middles. Why does it seem like that is the hardest spot to slim down? They had some really good tips, but nothing super new to me. I know what I’m supposed to do, it is the doing that is the problem.

The chickie from Prevention magazine explained how to burn fat by adding more sprints to my walking, do my crunches using a stability ball, and increasing my body resistance by balancing on a wiggle board or one leg. All of these things can help to zap the fat that targets women in the midsection.
