Anyone Looking to Move?

I have a beautiful home that I am trying to rent (or sell) in Yuma, Arizona. It is my sister’s home, and she needs help getting it out there, so I figured I’d blog about it!

We’ve had a lot of great memories in this house. My sister and BiL were married there, right in the back yard. There is a gorgeous view of the CamelBack Mountains, and we have seen some really spectacular sunsets.

It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home, single story. The Master Bedroom is large, and is attached to the awesome Master Bath. The master bath has a corner garden tub, a dual sink vanity, and separate glass side shower.

The entire house has hardwood floors, with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen, and a “bonus”/family room.

The entire property is gated, with mexican brick walls around the perimeter.

So….know anyone that wants to move to Yuma? It’s the PERFECT house for a young family, or retirees that want a nice warm place in the winter.
