Active Review: 10 Minute Solution Fitness Ball Workouts

I love this workout! 10 Minute Solution: Fitness Ball Workout is just the ticket for anyone who is short on time, but still wants to fit in a good workout. The dvd is broken into 5 segments, each targeting a different part of the body.
Today I wanted to do all five, but my preschooler wasn’t letting that happen. I did manage to fit in the Cardio segment, which is challenging but quite fun. I also was able to get the core workout completed. With each segment only 10 minutes, it is pretty easy to find the time to finish.

Another aspect of the video that I really enjoy is the ability to customize your workout each time. At the main menu, you can create your own workout by selecting any number of workouts in any order. So if you like getting your cardio out of the way first, choose that, and then the others in the order you prefer! That is a great idea, and yet another time saver. I like not having to go back to the main menu each time to select a different workout, and my heart rate stays up as it segues into the next selection.

Since most people have a fitness ball, 10 Minute Solution: Fitness Ball Workouts should be a must have in your home exercise library. You will certainly find yourself working out more since you can fit a really nice workout in your day!
