UUGH! I know it is Spring. I know that April showers bring May flowers. I know that my lawn is happy to be wet as it gets ready to emerge from its Winter slumber. BUT–if I have to see rain, a chance of a rain, or even a hint of rain in the forecast for many more days, I might go insane. The kids are ready to go outside. They need fresh air and exercise. I’m ready to send them outside and forget where they are! Maybe my disgust with our rainy weather is just a symptom of the ever familiar Spring Fever. I’ve come down with it bad. I’m even considering cleaning my house–AAAAAAAH! I think it’s time for a vacation. As it happens, we are counting down the days until we head to the beach. We leave on Friday for Hilton Head. Unfortunately, I checked the 10 day weather outlook, and it looks like there is rain in the forecast there as well. I guess I’ll have to give up the complaining. At least there it will be 75 degrees as opposed to 45! I can’t wait to get out of town and relax for a few days. I’ll have to be content with the hope that we will see at least a couple of beautiful days. Is it rainy where you are? Has Spring sprung for you?

No springing Spring yet! But I am sure anxious for it! I am ready for HOT weather and leaves on the trees…..I am also getting the spring fever too. Almost started spring cleaning….I will wait until it warms up a bit. I like to spring clean with my windows open! It adds to the fun!

I’m ready for it too, and we have major rain here!!! Floods yesterday. All roads closed. I’ll be so happy when it’s nice and warm.
