So, do you have any? I always say that I won’t make any, but every year I count down the days to January 1st. I don’t count because I like the party or the cocktails or the day off. I count because I need a fresh start. What is it about this day that makes me feel obligated to start anew? I have literally made a list of things that will get my attention starting Tuesday. Given history, most will fall to the wayside within 30 days, but yet, I still can’t stop myself from focusing on what I will “commit” to changing.
Of course, there is the usual weight loss and general health improvement. Then there is the attention to money management. And, we can’t forget more quality time with my husband and children. I’ve added this year, a career change as well. What I need to do is RELAX in the new year, but with all of these commitments, I don’t see that happening.
I know I’m not alone. Tell me what you plan to change. Any tips on making the changes stick all year?

Good Luck!
I picked one personal goal, and my husband and I both vowed to get out of debt this year. My goal was to go vegetarian! A biggie for sure.
let us know how you are doing!

Don’t worry…I’ll be around to make you eat more healthy. LOL! Hey…I didn’t see “more quality time with best friend” on your list. Don’t tell Kevin, but I am going to be secretly counting Weight Watchers points on all of our food starting next week.
