You may remember my post a few weeks back about an alleged assault at the Tea Cups at Walt Disney World in May of last year over a lady skipping in line that was going to trial. The trial is now over, and Victoria Walker was in fact found guilty of battery and faces up to a year in jail. She insists that she did not start the fight and that was in fact the alleged victim, Aimee Krause, who started it, but apparently the jury did not buy it. While Walker was found guilty of battery, she was somewhat lucky. If she ahd been charged with aggravated battery (a felony), her punishment could have been 15 years in prison. We will not find out her sentence until the end of this month.
