The Busy Life of a Single Mom

I’m so excited - Friday is almost here - another week down. What really excited me as I’m starting a new book this weekend - Along Came a Spider (Alex Cross Novels) by James Patterson (yes, I’m a nerd). I am a bargain reader. I have a horrible habit of reading random books throughout a series because I buy them when I find them in a bargain bin. I’ve done that with the Alex Cross series by James Patterson and I did it with the Stephanie Plum series also.  I finally bought all the Stephanie Plum books and reread the entire series. Now I’m doing that with the Alex Cross books. I’ll try to remember to come back and post for you after I finish it about what thoughts I have.

I also have big plans for Saturday morning. I got an email from Ticketmaster yesterday and Raven is coming to a location near us this summer with her Pajama Party Concert.  I talked to Cameron and she’s excited. I’ll be logged in right before the tickets go on sale and trying to land us a pair of tickets. I’m really hoping I can get us a few after I wasn’t able to pick up even 2 Hannah Montana tickets. Now I just have to decide if I want to make it a just “Mommy & Cameron” trip or should I get one or two extras so she can bring a friend.
