My daughter has outstanding eyes. Yes, I’m a proud mommy, and you may just consider me partial, but in the last seven years, I’ve heard about her eyes over and over. May have suggested that I find a way to take her to a modeling agency – sure that her eyes would make her an instant star. I’m not so sure that I would want the life of a mom to a “child star” with all of the celebrities we see in the news lately, but even if I do ever decide to listen to the advice of those who make these comments every time we see them, getting your foot in the door in the entertainment industry is not an easy task and would take a lot of time and effort on our part. We simply do not have the connections to walk into a modeling career. However, by joining Gonnabe.com, we might actually be able to make a serious effort at joining in the entertainment industry.

Gonnabe.com is located in Emeryville, California. It is a membership-based company to help young people who desire a career in modeling, singing, dancing or acting. They offer so many amazing benefits that I could never list them all, but here are just a few of the ones that stand out the most to me:

  • They are a production company, and therefore your child can get the chance to act and appear before 61 million households.
  • Children are offered the opportunity to work with other professionals (some who may already be celebrities).
  • Their website has a designated place to upload resumes, head shots, and work samples.
  • There is also a place for job postings where members can look for casting calls and local shoots.
  • Online Classes are offered via the Gonnabe website.

The list could go on and on, but the best way for you to see if your child would be interested in signing up and receiving advice from directors with years of experience (some even began their careers as children) would be to check out their website and look around as I did.
