The Busy Life of a Single Mom

I can’t believe the press and rumors surrounding Dancing with the Stars recently. While looking around on TV Guide, I’ve found another one. This time it surrounds Mario and his dance partner Karina Smirnoff. Apparenly the New York Post recently reported that the two are more than just dance partners.  Both are denying the rumor. Interestingly, Karina is openly seeing another of her partners from a past season - Mario Lopez.

Of course we know that nowdays, celebrities have no privacy. Everyone is ready to spread and tell everything. But for this particular rumor, there are no pictures or videos - just the Post’s allegations.

Why the frequent allegations of off-air relationships between the professional dancers and the celebrities? I have a theory - because of the chemistry involved in the dances. I think the dances performed require so touching and the moves tend to be so sexual, that people just jump to conclusions when the couple begins to do a real good job on the show.  I also always wonder if celebrity rumors are actually publicity shots. I’m sure many viewers will be watching tonight for clues that there is something to this rumor about Karina and Mario.
