Port Canaveral is the world’s second busiest cruise port. One cruise line that uses this as a home port is the Disney Cruise Line. According to an announcement made on March 19, a contract has been signed to extend this deal for another 15 years (until 2022). Part of the agreement stipulates that Disney will base two new ships at this port when they enter the Cruise Line’s fleet in 2011 and 2012.
