Are you a black friday fan? The day after Thanksgiving, otherwise known as black friday, is one of my favorite days of the year. Being a single mom, the sales on this day of the year are very important to being able to buy my girls the “must haves” each year. It is also a family tradition for my mom, my grandmother and I to get up around 3:00 a.m. and head out to stand in line and fight the crowds for the sales. We usually complete most of our Christmas shopping by noon.
In the past we would begin by gathering up all the sale papers and sit at the table and pour over them together after our Thanksgiving meal, but now thanks to a great website, http://www.blackfriday.info/, we can now find everyone’s sales much easier and earlier. They post ads as soon as they are available. I begin watching this site in early November and check it out almost every day for a new posting even though I am also signed up for their email alerts that tell you when they post new sales. My favorites stores that they deliver information about are Wal-Mart, Circuit City, and Best Buy as I am always looking for electronics at great prices.
My dad thinks we are crazy to be out and in the lines so early in the morning each year, but he also loves sales so he uses this website to find the black friday online sales and makes his purchases from the comfort of home.
If you are a fan of shopping each year on black friday, either in the stores or from the comfort of home, I would bookmark this site and check it out come November. You can also go ahead and sign up for their email alerts so you will not forget.
